RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging and wrapping.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the request and work toward a suitable resolution.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.
